The Human Resources department mission is to enhance Thomas College’s community by attracting, retaining, and supporting a quality workforce in its effort to provide an excellent educational program for our students. We provide leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and equitable administration of policies and procedures, thus fostering a positive work environment.
We aim to conduct our Human Resource functions with guidance from all Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to personnel and affirmative action and with industry associations like the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Thomas College recruits and hires for all positions without regard to race or color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, physical or mental disability, religion, age, ancestry or national origin, genetic information or other status protected by law.
